Please NOTE: Any cost occur during the custom clearance process will be paid by the buyer.
Economy Shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods. Gift Canadian ships using multiple delivery partners. A carrier will be assigned to your order at time of shipping. Please note that whether you choose Economy Shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 3-7 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Please allow 3 - 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Canada and U.S orders will be shipped via Canada Post, USPS or FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
- Average transit times to Canada : 15 - 30 Business days
- Average transit times to International: 17 - 45 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items)
Returns & Exchange
Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase. But things may not always go as planned. If things don't go as planned, contact us and we will try to make things right for you.
- Place your request for a return or a refund within 15 days of receiving your item. We will process your refund within 24 business hours of receiving your return excluding return shipping charges. Please note it can take 1-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank/credit card. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
- Returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of the date when you receiving your item which you ordered
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- The first part of the process is the same as returning for a refund. Once we receive the tracking number of your return, we will ship your exchange within 24 business hours. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we ship the exchange back to you free of charge.
- We suggest you make a new order by yourself because you could receive your exchange faster in this way, and send your return to us for a refund.
- If you want to change to another color or another size of the same style, there is no extra charge. If you want to change to another style which is cheaper, the difference will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment.
Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines. Please contact our Customer Care team email@example.com to initiate your return. Where a return is possible, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you, to facilitate return of the item(s).

- Clearance Items
- Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
- Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page
